A Place to Get New Business?
Anybody have any new ideas for getting new clientelle? Seriously, Ive sent mailings, Ive advertised all over the web and with all the Medical and Chiropractic societies....I tried the spending boat loads of money with Google Adwords (that didn't work)....Besides going door to door, Im out of ideas. I could use some additional business here, folks. Let me know if you have a legitimate idea!

What billing software do you use?
Have you tried telemarketing? It's easy if you have a good list. It can be time consuming but the results are there if you put in the effort. If you do it for an hour per day, for a month, you will be happy with the results. Good luck.
